Bone Island Rental Policies - Garden House Bed & Breakfast Lodging
- Rates:
Published rates are based on
standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent sales and room tax,
are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Higher
Rates do apply during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events.
- Deposit:
Deposit equal to one night's
stay (may vary during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events)
- Cancellation:
14 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel within the 14 days you forfeit your entire deposit. If
outside the 14 days you agree to pay a $25 processing fee. Garden House
will require 30 and 60 day cancellation on some Holidays and/or Special
Event offers.
- Payment:
American Express, Visa, Master
Card, Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit
card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted upon
arrival. No refund for early departure.
- Extra person:
There is a $25.00 per
night charge for each additional occupant.
- Pet Policies.
No pets, please. (This
rule does not apply to service animals)
- Children:
Garden House seeks to provide
a quiet, restful, and romantic environment best suited for adults.
However, accommodations are available for children thirteen and older at
all times other than Fantasy Fest.
- Concierge and Special Services.
Our
staff provides concierge services to meet all your needs including
discount tickets to tourist attractions, fishing or diving trips,
catered meals, shopping and more.
- No Smoking.
Smoking is not permitted
inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is
a minimum $200.00 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
- Quiet Time:
Garden House is
located in a residential neighborhood so we must request you honor quiet
time after 11:00 PM. Although it is tempting to get rowdy around the
pool area please understand emergency numbers are posted on premises and
your fellow guests are encouraged to snitch on anyone disturbing the
other guests.
- Minimum Stay.

- Late Arrival.
For your convenience, if
you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., call the office ahead of time for
instructions on obtaining your keys.
