Bone Island Vacation Rentals - Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation Policy
Full refund, less
$35 non-refundable reservation fee, and $50 cancellation fee, upon 30 days written notice
for all nightly rentals. If cancellation occurs within the 30 day
cancellation period the entire deposit is non-refundable.
- Holidays
Reservations for all major
holidays require a 60 day written cancellation notice and incur a
$200 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within the 60 day
cancellation period the entire deposit is non-refundable.
- Monthly Rentals, Group Bookings & Special Events
require a
90-day cancellation period. A full refund will be issued, less a $200
cancellation fee, plus the original $35 reservation fee, per unit booked, upon 90 days written notice when
involving Monthly Rentals, Group Bookings and all Special Event Periods. If cancellation occurs inside the
90 day cancellation period the entire deposit is non-refundable. (SPRING BREAKERS call for details!)
- Hurricane Evacuation:
In the unlikely event that a hurricane evacuation is ordered while you are a
guest, and you have not purchased Travel Insurance you will be issued
a voucher for the unused portion of your stay. Guests holding
a confirmed reservation who are unable to travel because of the closing of
the Key West Airport or connecting roadways due to a mandatory
evacuation and have not purchased travel insurance will receive a voucher in
the amount of the room deposit held. Vouchers are redeemable at any
time for up to one year from the issue date. If re-booking during
a holiday or special event you will be
responsible for any additional monies owed due to higher rates being in
effect.
No voucher will be issued if the hurricane is not
a threat to Key West and you are unable to travel because of canceled
flights or adverse travel conditions outside the Keys. We strongly
encourage the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment!
